The Mirror BeltĀ® is designed to teach change of direction, reaction, and explosive speed!
It works by attaching to two players, with the waist bands, and the belt connecting at the velcro. Once the Forward has successfully moved enough distance between himself and the Back, the velcro will come undone.
It includes a carry bag which allows for ease of transportation and movement.
